Digital Learning Systems

Our training systems are comprised of these parts:

1. Curriculum Management

Learning Management System

Developing a platform and the infrastructure to house all of your curriculum is the first step. We create learning portals that are accessed on-premise or via the cloud. We can also service your hardware needs whether that be workstations, servers to house your data, or cloud storage in one of our Canadian data centres. We port over any curriculum that you are currently using i.e. video modules, slide decks, certification and tests into a Learning Management System (LMS).

2. Content

Digital Curriculum and Simulations

We work closely with you to identify and document Standard Operating Procedures and learning outcomes for your technical process. We work with Subject Matter Experts within your organization and our partner network to determine which technologies make the most sense for your specific application. We can create AR, & VR applications as well as software developed for game controller or, a more familiar keyboard/mouse setup.

3. Metrics & Reporting

Trainee Tracking Database

It’s important to track a trainee’s journey throughout the training process. With our database application you can store and display information pertaining to every member of your workforce. We can build in any metrics and functionality you require including automated reporting and notifications.

Benefits of Simulation Learning

  • Maximize workforce engagement with XR.

Getting and keeping the attention of your staff during safety training can be a chore. Enabling workers to drive their own experience can better motivate and engage them.

  • Discover points of failure with trackable metrics.

xR Technical Training Simulators can track nearly any useful statistic. By using a kit-designed simulator, your team will know how long trainees take to complete each step, their number of failed attempts and, any safety infractions.

  • Train for emergency scenarios.

Your trainees can practice safety techniques in the same environments they will eventually work in. Simulators can make training specific and accurate to real-world conditions.

  • Train your workforce remotely.

    Training can be accessed anywhere.

  • Deploy new & updated curriculum easily.

Seamlessly deploy updates to all distributed software at the push of a button.

  • Identify process improvements.

Identify current issues and find efficiencies using Simulator metrics.

  • Ensure your workforce is safe.

Utilizing comprehensive training, leads to a safer and more effectively trained personnel.

  • Train more frequently at less expense.

Enabling trainees to practice more often, regardless of locale, increases the effectiveness of training.
